ResMed introduces new technology on the F20 with its InfinitySeal cushion, which replaces the company’s long-serving dual-wall spring air cushion utilized in numerous ResMed CPAP masks including the F10 Full Face Mask predecessor. The InfinitySeal cushion adapts to the user’s individual facial contours with its specially-designed shape and variable thickness levels. The result is a secure yet comfortable mask seal that fits a wide variety of patients. In fact, the AirFit F20 cushion, which is available in three size options (Small, Medium, Large), successfully fit 96.5 to 99% of patients during ResMed’s internal testing. The F20’s new cushion may get the most attention in ResMed marketing materials, but that’s not the only favorable trait. Unlike some full face CPAP masks, where the frame and mask assembly can obstruct the field of vision, the AirFit F20 frame curls under the cheekbones and out of the patient’s line of sight. As such, the F20 mask offers a more open view, allowing patients to read or watch TV without distraction. The F20 frame is also soft and flexible, with padding integrated to provide comfort and stability.

The AirFit F20 mask also offers several user-friendly features to make your CPAP therapy a hassle-free experience. Fitting the mask is a streamlined process, with magnetic headgear clips snapping the base into place. The F20 headgear (not included) also incorporates easy-to-adjust velcro tabs to fine-tune a snug, secure fit.
