REPAP.com offers products from a selection of manufacturers and vendors. Prescription Items
REPAP.com will inform you, both on the product page before purchase and via email after purchase, when a prescription is required for a specific item. If a prescription is required we will verify, prior to the completion of sale, the prescription by a physician licensed to practice in the United States.

Returns Policy
REPAP.com accepts returns within 10 days of the initial purchase on unopened items. You must call our office prior to the return to state the reason for the return. A 20% Handling/Restocking fee will be deducted from the original charge, and a credit will be issued for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any item that has been opened cannot be returned.
REPAP.com will not accept returns on any hygienic items.
Requests for the return of CPAP/BIPAP devices because of issues not related to mechanical failure like "the blower is too loud for me", etc. will not be accepted for refund;
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
REPAP.com offers Free Shipping On ALL Orders In The Continental United States. The minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping is 99.00 dollars. Every order placed in the Continental United States over 99.00 dollars will ship for free unless you choose other expedited options.

Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped out on
the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST are shipped out the following Monday

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
